Enrolling at our school
Use the
online calculator to find out when your child is ready to start their preparatory year.
An
Enrolment Management Plan was implemented at Crawford State School in 2015 to ensure there is an appropriate educational service for students whose principal place of residence is within the school's
catchment area.
Documentation of proof of residency in the catchment area will be requested on application. This may be in the form of a current lease agreement, unconditional sale agreement, or utility bill.
Enrolling at our school is an important and exciting process. There are two simple steps to follow:
1. The enrolment application
2. The enrolment interview
Certain documents must be available for presentation at the interview. Without the correct documents the enrolment cannot proceed. Please bring the follow items to the enrolment interview:
You and the children applying for enrolment
Each child's birth certificate
A current passport and visa is required for any child born overseas
Each child’s most recent student report card
At the enrolment meeting we will:
Discuss the details on your enrolment application
Discuss uniforms, books and any fees payable
Complete an enrolment agreement.
Students coming from interstate or private school, a birth certificate will need to be viewed unless the child has previously attended a Queensland State School, where this evidence will already have been sighted. If there are any court orders in place example: custody, domestic violence orders please have them available for copying.
